SEE THE NEW PLAYERS AT THE OPEN DAY!
Chris Lucketti became the fourth new addition that manager Stan Ternent made to the Huddersfield Town squad last week, following hot on the heels of fellow defender Andy Butler, midfielder Jim Goodwin and striker Keigan Parker. You won't have to wait long until you see them in action at the Galpharm - they are training on the pitch this coming Friday!
As you may already know, Town will be throwing open its doors to the public for a special one-night-only event at the Galpharm Stadium this Friday (July 11).
Supporters are being invited to the stadium for a rare behind-the-scenes event which is completely FREE.
The highlight of the evening will be a first team training session on the pitch, which can be watched from the Antich Stand. Doors open at 4:30pm, with training taking place between 5:30 and 6:30pm. Access to the Stand will be through the turnstiles at the north end. The training session will also be broadcast on the big screen and concessionary stands will be open for food and refreshments.
Those attending will also be able to get a glimpse at other places in the stadium normally reserved for staff, players and VIPs such as the first team changing room, the physio room, the press conference room, the banqueting suite, the boardroom and the upper tier. This will take the form of a walkthrough tour in the Direct Golf Stand which will be open from 4:30pm, during and after the training session. Access to the tour will be gained through turnstiles 1-4 at the north end.
In addition, there will be some activities for you to get involved in outside the Direct Gold Stand, such as FITC's inflatable goals, face painters and a chance to look around the first team coach.
Supporters are being invited to show or sell their own memorabilia in the banqueting suite. If you wish to do this please email media@htafc.com no later than 3pm on Friday July 4.
Door close at 8pm.
This evening will be supplemented by an autograph session later in the season.
