Republic of Ireland under-21defender Richard Keogh will return to his parent club Bristol City today after Town boss Andy Ritchie chose not to renew his loan period for another month.

However, former Manchester United midfielder Ronnie Wallwork will be staying at the Galpharm Stadium for a further month after an extension to his loan was agreed with West Bromwich Albion.

21-year old defender Keogh made a total of 10 appearances in his two-month period with the Terriers after joining the Club in late August following a blight of injuries to the Town defensive line.

However, with last season's Player of the Year David Mirfin now back pushing for a place in the starting eleven, Ritchie has decided not to renew the loan for a third month.
