Our Knights and Junior Knights of Yorkshire have been busy in the new year planning their fundraising events, activities and challenges - all in aid of the Club's 'Keep It Up' campaign with the Yorkshire Air Ambulance!
KIU FUNDRAISING EVENING
Knight James Eaton is holding a KIU charity fundraising evening on Saturday 25 Feb at Lindley Working Men's Club. Tickets are just £7.50 which includes a pie and peas supper, there will also be a live singer performing on the night along with an auction and raffle.

James, who works in the HTAFC ticket office commented "The 'Keep It Up' campaign is a great cause, and I wanted to raise as much as possible for it, hence doing the Pink Link 'Pedal for Pounds' bike ride as well as holding my charity evening. 1969/70 REUNION NIGHT

Knight of Yorkshire Darren Barclay along with his friend Ash Raine are organising a reunion of the Championship winning side of 1969/70 after the Charlton game at 7.30pm on Saturday 24March! The unique event will be held at Canalside, special guests are Terry Nolan and Steve Kindon, the latter who will be compering the event.
The night will include an auction of 69/70 memorabilia, as well as a raffle of merchandise. Tickets are priced at £20 which includes a buffet. Anyone interested should contact Darren by email on daz@darrenbarclay.f9.co.uk.
BEN IS BOUND FOR BURY!
Junior Knight of Yorkshire, eight year old Ben Sykes will be getting on his bike to raise money for 'Keep It Up'- cycling to Bury on Saturday 3 March!

"Ben said he wanted to support the 'Keep it Up' campaign because he wants to help the Air Ambulance as it saves hundreds of lives, but he also wanted to do it because he is mad about HTAFC!" said Ben's father, Robert. "I wanted him to get involved as it would give him a target to achieve and learn about working towards things. I am proud of how he has handled it so far!"
JAKE IS GUEST OF HONOUR
14 year old Jake Senior, who walked 24 miles solo to Sheffield Wednesday, and raised in excess of £1500 for 'Keep It Up' was invited to a recent game as a guest of honour.

He received a thank you letter from Manager Lee Clark, presented to him on the pitch by Commercial Director Sean Jarvis- well done Jake!
