BOOT SALES CONTRIBUTE TO 'KEEP IT UP'

Posted on: Fri 23 Jul 2010

Stylish football boot manufacturer 'kick4change' is backing 'Keep It Up' by donating £2 from every boot sold to the campaign.

The boots are new to the football market and aimed at youngsters just beginning in the game and are available in the Stadium Superstore and limited stocks available online at htafcmegastore.com - click HERE to buy them online. Kids' sizes range from 8-3 and are exclusively priced for Town fans at £13.99 - cheaper than anywhere else.

They are also available in white at www.kick4change.org priced at £14.99, again with a donation of £2 to the campaign being honoured - simply type in 'HTFC' in the club box when prompted.

"We're delighted to get involved with the Keep It Up project," said Simon Brown, Director of kick4change. "We re-invest our profits from every single pair of boots we sell worldwide to the development of football at grass roots level so to donate to 'Keep It Up' is a logical match for us.

"The boots are functional, affordable and great quality. Aimed at 4 to 8 year olds, they have been designed with longevity and ease of use in mind. The boots fasten with handy Velcro straps, ideal for smaller children and have a number of other child friendly features such as rubber moulded studs and a comfy mesh inner lining.

"We can afford to sell the products at such a competitive price because we are a social enterprise, not dictated to by executives or shareholders driven by short term profit. Our quality rivals anything currently available on the market and our products are as aspirational as any brand due to their overriding values, design and style.

"The boots are just the start and we hope to work closely with the Football Club in future projects too."

Andy Booth, Club Ambassador, encouraged everyone to back the campaign:

"They're really nice and with them aimed at young children, it'll give them a good bedding in before they begin to take football seriously."
