Town's under-18 side came out on the wrong side of the scoreline in a very tight game at West Bromwich Albion in the FA Premier Academy League on Saturday.
Graham Mitchell's side enjoyed two very good periods of pressure - one in the first 25 minutes of the game and the second just after the half-time interval - but could not break their duck; the closest any Town player came was when defender Leigh Franks hit a post with a second-half effort.
West Brow took the lead in the game and scored a late second goal as the young Terriers were pressing for an equaliser.
Town's Team (4-4-2):
Lloyd Allinson; Liam Ridehalgh, Leigh Franks, Adam Field, Adam Bower; Aiden Chippendale, Ryan Watson, Chris Atkinson, Taser Hassan; James Spencer, Michael McCaffery (Shane Birtles 55)
