Hundreds of fans have already taken this unique opportunity so make sure you act quickly and don't miss out.
It costs supporters only £10 each to have their personal name on the shirt (a maximum of 24 characters), with the names of supporters making up the vertical magenta stripe on the magenta and white striped shirts!
Supporters will have the chance to pre-order one of the limited edition replica shirts.
