#FILLTHEFMLOWER – FEEDBACK NEEDED
4 March 2014
Town fans on the Club’s database will shortly receive a survey asking for their feedback on the trial of the ‘Singing Section’ in the Fantastic Media Lower Tier at Saturday’s win over Barnsley.
A short 18 question survey will land in the email inboxes of supporters, from which results will be compiled and analysed ahead of the next ‘All Together Town’ Voices Panel meeting on 19 March.
The results will also be published on htafc.com at this time.
The survey covers several subjects including the change in match day experience at the Barnsley game; opinions on the relative success of the trial and levels of interest if the ‘Singing Section’ was to become a permanent fixture at Town’s home matches, starting next season.
Huddersfield Town’s Chief Executive Nigel Clibbens commented:
“As part of the trial, it is important that we gain as much feedback as we can from supporters. We need as many views and opinions on the effect of the ‘Singing Section’ as we can gather.
“This applies to all supporters, whether they went in the Fantastic Media Lower Tier or not. This survey isn’t just about people who went in the stand for the trial, as it affected existing FM Lower Tier Season Card holders and families too.
“I would encourage all supporters to give their honest views via the survey. The ‘All Together Town’ initiative has been created to see the Club and fans work together to improve all aspects of Huddersfield Town and this project is just the first of many.”
