CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION TONIGHT

10 December 2013

Join us at Huddersfield Parish Church

Get into the festive spirit tonight by joining the Huddersfield Town First Team and Academy at the fifth annual Christmas Celebration in partnership with the Yorkshire Air Ambulance!

The event is being held at Huddersfield Parish Church tonight (Tuesday 10 December) and begins at 7.30pm - fans can pay on the night.

The night will feature performances from Silcoates Junior School choir and Royds Hall School choir and is sure to be a great evening, with Town striker Jonathan Stead also set to read 'The Shepherds and the Angels'.

Town's Supporter Partnerships Manager Robyn Deegan commented:

“The Christmas Celebration is a firm fixture in the KIU events calendar; one which is sure to get people in the festive mood.

“Last year’s event was brilliant, with over 500 people packing out Halifax Minster to listen to the schools signing classic hymns and our players trying their hand at readings.

“This year we are bringing the event to the church in the heart of Huddersfield, so I’d encourage Town fans and their families to get down and support this event and raise funds for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Huddersfield Town Academy in the process!”

Recommended donation per entry is £6 adults, £4 seniors and £3 juniors. Tickets are available on the night from the Parish Church.

All proceeds go to the ‘Keep It Up’ campaign which benefits the Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity and the Huddersfield Town Academy.

Over £970,000 has been raised for the ‘Keep It Up’ campaign so far, and we are hoping to reach the £1 million mark soon!

To donate, visit www.justgiving.com/keepitupcampaign or text KIUP99 £5 to 70070.
