Town defeated for first time since October

- Under-18s lose to Sheffield Wednesday
- First defeat since October for Tony Carss' side
- Lewis O'Brien scored for HTAFC

Ten-man Sheffield Wednesday secured a narrow Professional Development League 2 North victory over Town’s Under-18 side at PPG Canalside on Saturday morning.

The young Terriers fell behind within the first five minutes to the Owls, but a 36th minute equaliser from first year midfield scholar Lewis O’Brien (pictured above) saw the teams enter the interval level.

Things looked rosy for Tony Carss’ side when the visitors were reduced to 10 men through a red card in the 64th minute, but instead the visitors scored again to secure a victory.
