Huddersfield Town’s Under-21 side will play Middlesbrough in the Round of 32 of the 2015/16 Premier League Cup at the John Smith's Stadium on Monday.

The game will start at 1pm. Admission to the game will be priced at £4 for adults and £2 concessions; juniors, seniors and Season Card holders.

The Round of 32 draw initially handed the Terriers an away draw at Middlesbrough, but the fixture has been reversed at Boro's request.

Middlesbrough has a Category 1 Academy within the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP), meaning its Under-21 side plays its regular league fixtures in the Barclays U21 Premier League Division 1. Led by U21 Head Coach Paul Jenkins, Boro's youngsters currently sit fourth in the table with 11 points from six games.

HTAFC entered the competition at the Qualifying Round 2 stage due to the Academy’s Category 2 status.

As in the PDL2, teams can play a maximum of three overage outfields and an overage goalkeeper.

The winner has to be decided on the day, so extra time and penalties will be utilised if required.

Senior Professional Development Coach Frankie Bunn’s side reached the quarter finals of the competition last year, defeating Barnsley, Everton and Charlton Athletic before losing 1-0 in the last few seconds against Reading.
