Huddersfield Town Academy scholar Jack Boyle has won the League Football Education (LFE) April 2015 Goal of the Month competition.
The 17 year-old attack-minded midfielder won a fans’ vote for a superb free-kick from a wide position; the first of his two goals in the Under-18’s 2-0 victory at Birmingham City’s Wast Hills training ground.

Jack will now receive a commemorative trophy from the LFE and will also be entered into the organisation’s ‘Goal of the Season’ competition against the other monthly winners, which is expected to be launched for fans to vote on next week.
Jack will start the second year of his two year scholarship in the Under-18 group at the Huddersfield Town Academy in the 2015/16 season, but he's already played for Frankie Bunn's Under-21 side during 2014/15.
His strike in the home win over Birmingham City was named the Academy's 'Goal of the Season' too.
