“We need to bounce back and return to winning ways. Tuesday night is gone now and hopefully we can get the three points on Saturday,” Harry told htafc.com.

“Obviously it was a disappointing result against Brentford but Saturday is a big opportunity to put it right. It’s a derby game, and we need to put things right from last time we played them too.”

In losing the last two games, Town has conceded seven goals along the way – something Harry feels the whole team must take responsibility for as they try and improve their defensive record:

“It’s a team game; we concede and score goals a team. Hopefully we can get a clean sheet on Saturday and score a few goals at the other end. 

“There’s still 11 games to go so I don’t think we can afford to take our foot off the gas yet. We all know that we need to start winning again as soon as possible.  

“It has been disappointing because at one point we were 12th in the League and had a good opportunity to kick on in to the top half and stay there.”

As Manager Chris Powell has changed formation at times this season, Harry has been required to operate in different positions, but explains he is comfortable playing where ever he is needed:

“I don’t mind which role I play as long as I’m in the team. I think when I get the ball on the left that’s my favourite area of the pitch, so I can come in on my right foot.

“I think with the personnel we have got we are capable of playing a number of formations. When we play away from home we do tend to play 4-5-1 and I often find myself out on the left-hand side. Sometimes we play 3-5-2 which means Sean Scannell and Jack Robinson play as wing-backs, so I usually have a role just behind the two front men.”

Harry left boyhood club Manchester City last summer and the forward says his first target was to establish himself in the First Team at Town:

“Obviously I’d been at Manchester City since I was about eight, but when you’re at a club like that with all the money that they have got, you get to a certain age and realise your time is up.

“I thought about leaving and the interest was there. Huddersfield is a club that gives a lot of opportunities to young players. I knew Tommy Smith who had come here so I thought I’d make the move and try and break in to the First Team.

“At the beginning of the season I was just looking at getting in to the team – my goal in pre-season was to cement myself in the First Team.

“Thankfully I was given an opportunity quite early on and things have gone quite well for me.”

Harry’s goal in the 4-1 defeat to Brentford on Tuesday evening was his ninth of the campaign, and he is hoping to add to his tally in the remaining games of the season:

“If there’s a chance to create I like to be creative, and obviously if there’s a chance to score I like to score goals. 

“Thankfully that’s showed with me being only one goal away from double figures – hopefully I can make it in to double figures.”
