If you regularly receive our marketing emails, including the weekly eNewsletter ‘Talk of the Town’, then the Club has your correct email address. If not, the Club would like to amend its records and make sure you’re not missing out.
If you would like to receive marketing emails, please email richard.mills@htafc.com with your name, postal address and Client Reference number.
One of the reason you may not be receiving our marketing emails is because the spam filter is sending Town’s marketing emails to your junk filter. To avoid this please set noreply@htafc.com as a safe sender.
Occasionally we send marketing emails on behalf of some valued Club Partners, but we NEVER send emails out or pass on your information to other companies who are not part of Town’s Club Partner group. Please click HERE for further information about Club Partner marketing emails.
You can opt out of some or all marketing emails at any time by clicking on ‘Unsubscribe’ at the foot of any marketing email. Then click on ‘Update Preferences’. This allows you to unsubscribe from certain marketing emails (please remember to click ‘Update’). This may take up to 48 hours to register.

At the foot of the marketing emails are two further important links.
One will enable you to ‘Update your details’; again please remember to click ‘Update’.
The second is a facility for you to ‘Tell a friend’. This allows you to send the marketing email to a friend to tell them about the offer or news. If you forward the email rather than clicking this then it will allow them to click on ‘Update your details’ and read any information about you that you may not want them to see! This also applies if you copy the URL and post it on social media, people will be able to see all your information.
