Town’s Sky Bet Championship game against Derby County on Saturday is the first ‘Schools Focus’ game of the season, so there’s plenty in store for the Club’s younger supporters!
With over 1,000 extra kids expected in the Fantastic Media Upper Tier Family Zone on Saturday, the Club has ensured there’s plenty for them to enjoy on top of the 90 minutes of action on the pitch against the Rams.
There will be a face painter in the Upper Tier concourse ahead of the 3pm kick-off, whilst popular mascots ‘Terry the Terrier’ and ‘Captain Booth’ – the official mascot of the Town Foundation charity – will also be on hand to say hello.
One of Town’s players will also meet 30 local youngsters ahead of the game to present them with a replica shirt and match tickets courtesy of the ‘Terrier 7s’ scheme (click

On the pitch, local junior club partner Hepworth Juniors’ players will form the pre-match Guard of Honour to welcome both teams onto the pitch. The HTAFC Club Partnership sponsored by John Walton Machine Tools is totally FREE for junior clubs to join – click
