Hat-tricks from midfielder Luca Colville (pictured) and striker Adam Edgar gave Tony Carss’ Under-18 side a comprehensive Professional Development League 2 North victory at Coventry City on Saturday morning.
However, it was left winger Colville who took charge soon after; grabbing a quick-fire brace 10 minutes before the interval to give Carss’ men a half time lead.
Colville completed his hat-trick on the hour mark before handing the gauntlet back to Edgar, who scored in the 66th and 71st minute to match Luca’s achievement.
Irish midfielder Sam Warde scored the final goal of the game with four minutes remaining to make it 7-0.
Town's team included trialist goalkeeper Rhys Bills of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
