Town fans will now be able to get a second view of the key moments on home match days thanks to club partner Johnstone’s Paint by PPG.

The firm, whose logo will appear on the front of the special Town Foundation shirts the squad will wear against Birmingham City on Saturday, has backed the Club to bring in new Big Screen replay technology.

This hardware was tested successfully at the previous Sky Bet Championship home game against Hull City and will now be in situ moving forward, starting with this weekend’s clash with the Blues.

Town will now be able to run replays of the key moments on the John Smith’s Stadium Big Screen, as long as the replays are in adherence with Football League rules.

Huddersfield Town’s Commercial Director Sean Jarvis explained:

“Replays on the Big Screen have long been something that our supporters have wanted and I’m very happy we have found a solution.

“That has been made possible in no small part thanks to the financial backing of Johnstone’s Paint by PPG, who have made the extra resource available to us to get the technology in place.

“We’re always looking at ways to improve our supporters’ experience on home match days and this is a big step forward, so I’d like to thank all the team at Johnstone’s Paint by PPG for making this possible.

“We’re keep searching for ways to improve the match day experience for our fans.”
