The Huddersfield Town boss had this to say on the deal:
Despite graduating from the Huddersfield Town Academy, Carr has not featured in the first team for boss Chris Powell in the Sky Bet Championship.
The 20-year old forward has spent the majority of the season on loan at Mansfield Town; scoring one goal in four appearances for the Stags.
Development Squad striker Daniel Carr has moved to Dagenham and Redbridge, in a Standard Loan deal until the end of the season.
