Butterfield & Coady open new Packhorse Centre shop
Midfielders Jacob Butterfield and Conor Coady were the guests as Huddersfield Town opened its new store in the Huddersfield’s Packhorse Centre on Saturday!
Popular summer recruits Jacob and Conor, who won the Blue & White Foundation’s August ‘Player of the Month’ award last week (click HERE for full info), cut the ceremonial ribbon at 10am on Saturday morning in front of a big queue of Town fans at the new shop.
The first 100 fans who entered the store received a free gift, whereas everyone who made a purchase in the store on Saturday received a code to redeem extra points on the Club’s ‘1908 Rewards’ scheme (click HERE for more information).
Huddersfield Town’s Retail Manager Luke Cowan explained:
“We’re delighted to bring back a retail presence in Huddersfield town centre for the convenience of our supporters who cannot make it to the Stadium on non-match days and prefer to browse our wide range of products in person as opposed to online.
“The Packhorse Centre is a great location at the heart of the town centre, with lots of footfall from the main shopping area. The shop is spacious, ideally located and stocks a full range of everything the Club has to offer.”
The new store, which will stock a full range of official Huddersfield Town merchandise, is over 300 square feet in size and has been designed and fitted by Club Partner Storeplan.
As is the case at the Stadium Superstore and online at htafcmegastore.com, Town fans will be able to get replica shirts printed at the new Packhorse Centre store; £5 for a name and £5 for a number.
This dedicated Huddersfield Town store will have regular opening hours of 9am until 5pm Monday to Saturday inclusive.
Right in the centre of Huddersfield, with three entrances to the centre from different locations in the town, the new store will make it more convenient than ever for Town fans that live and work in the town centre to get their official merchandise!
