There’s a new chef in the kitchen at Canalside Sports Complex – Raymond Sherlock!
Raymond started in the kitchen at Town’s training complex at the beginning of February and brings 17 years’ experience as a chef.
His daily routine will see him provide breakfast and lunch for Town’s First Team, Development and Academy players as well as overseeing the daily lunchtime menus for customers at the community facility.
The offering to customers every week day between 12pm and 2pm will now include home-cooked daily specials produced by Ray and the kitchen team. The kitchen is also open on Huddersfield Town home match days, with Ray’s homemade meat and potato pie already proving popular!
The kitchen also opens from home Academy matches, as well as when Town’s supporter coaches are departing for First Team away games (click HERE
