Young supporters help the Terriers launch new strip
Huddersfield Town’s 2014/15 PUMA home kit has been revealed this morning - thanks to a little help from some of the Club’s younger fans!
The Club has enlisted the help of four young Town fans – Finlay, Jack, Imogen and Noah – to help launch the new home kit for the 2014/15 Championship campaign, which is available to pre-order online and in store now.
The big changes on the shirt from previous seasons see a new ‘fade’ effect on the famous blue stripes, which get gradually lighter as you travel down the shirt, as well as a new white panel effect across the front of the shoulders.
The new kit is made from lightweight material, featuring polyester with moisture-wicking technology. The yoke panels on the side of the shirt are made from a closed mesh texture for added ventilation, with the tailored collar offering increased comfort for players and fans alike.
As well as the famous woven, embroidered Huddersfield Town crest, the world-famous PUMA logo also features on the chest.
Just like last season, the shirt also features the logo of main sponsor Rekorderlig as well as the Northern Commercials logo on the back of the shoulders, with local firm Stafflex on the shorts.

The kit will go on sale in store on Friday 4 July 2014, with the Stadium Superstore extending its opening hours from 8am until 8pm.
The revealing of new kit is always a popular day with youngsters, who love to look like their favourite player. With that in mind, the Club gave four young fans the chance to strike a pose with their hero for this year’s launch!
Jack from Kirkheaton is only 10 years old, but he’s already sporting a beard that is up there with Adam Clayton’s effort from last season!
Finlay, eight from Paddock, plays for local side Golcar United Juniors and spent the day practising his celebration alongside Duane Holmes.
Imogen, five from Mirfield, also loves her football; she’s dreaming of goals alongside Duane.
18 month-old Noah – Imogen’s younger brother – may be the youngest of the bunch, but he already knows how to pose like a footballer – just ask the returning Lee Peltier!
