Goals from Marko Grujic and Alberto Moreno helped Liverpool FC win the Shankly Trophy against a spirited Town performance at the John Smith’s Stadium last night (Wednesday).
The match saw old colleagues and friends David Wagner and Jürgen Klopp face each other on the side-lines for the first time, while the game was played in honour of football legend Bill Shankly.
