Wagner makes three changes to the starting XI

- Three changes to the HTAFC side to face Fulham
- Tommy Smith, Jonathan Hogg & Philip Billing start
- Elias Kachunga ill; Martin Cranie & Dean Whitehead out

Huddersfield Town Head Coach David Wagner has made three changes to the starting XI for today’s Sky Bet Championship game against Fulham; 3pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Having been rested for the 1-1 draw at Derby County on Easter Monday, Tommy Smith (pictured) returns to captain the side this afternoon. He replaces Martin Cranie at right back.

The second change comes in central midfield, with Jonathan Hogg back in the team at the expense of Dean Whitehead. 'Deano' is among the substitutes this afternoon.

Unfortunately, on his 25th birthday, top scorer Elias Kachunga is unwell today. His place in the team is taken by the returning Philip Billing, having missed Monday’s game with a slight groin issue picked up against Preston North End a few days earlier.

There is a welcome return to the squad for Chelsea loanee Izzy Brown, who is a substitute today. It’s the attacking midfielder’s first match day appearance for the Terriers since he sustained a knee injury in the game at Bristol City on 17 March.
