- Third straight win for Tony Carss' side

Goals from Luca Colville, Denilson Carvalho and Dom Tear gave Tony Carss’ Under-18 side a third straight Professional Development League win by beating Birmingham City on Saturday morning.

In a delayed kick-off due to Town’s late arrival at Wast Hills, it was the young Terriers who took the lead through winger Colville’s latest goal before the home side drew level at the interval.

Town retook the lead through attacking midfielders Carvalho and Tear before a late goal for the Blues, which proved to be nothing more than a consolation.

Highlights of the game will appear on HTTV early in the week.

Town’s team (4-2-3-1):
Ryan Schofield; Sam Gibson, Harry Clibbens, Rarmani Edmonds-Green (c), Jordan Williams; Isaac Marriott, Olly Dyson; Luca Colville, Denilson Carvalho, Dom Tear; Cedwyn Scott

Substitutes:
