ALL TOGETHER TOWN MEETING NOTES

1 August 2016

Latest ATT Voices Panel meeting at PPG Canalside

- ATT Voices Panel meeting in July 2016
- Fans’ panel meeting attended by Chief Executive Julian Winter along with Operations Director Ann Hough

16 members of the Voices Panel were in attendance as well as several Huddersfield Town staff members including, Club Ambassador Andy Booth, Head of Marketing and Communications David Threlfall-Sykes and Supporter Partnerships Executive Rachel Taylor.

Independent Supporter Liaison Officer Nathan Hosker also attended.

Details from the July 2016 meeting of the 'All Together Town' meeting have today been released.

This meeting's topics were Catering, South Stand and Future Terriers Project.

Andy Booth opened the meeting by welcoming the Voices Panel and gave an update on behalf of Sodexo regarding the catering. Voices Panel members were asked to continue to give feedback on their experiences of catering on a match day. Sodexo would be invited back to the next meeting so panel members could update them on progress.
Julian Winter advised that there is nothing new to report, however the South Stand would continue to be kept on the agenda.

The Future Terriers project monies set aside for season cards/tickets has yet to be allocated and perhaps this is something that the Voices Panel could be involved in.

Following on from the launch of the Terriers on Tour membership scheme discussions took place regarding the impact on the Blue and White Foundation and the Patrons. The Club advised they would look at the priority for away tickets following the discussions and reaction on social media.

The meeting finished with discussions regarding season card campaign; ideas such as prizes for the 179th retweet, lunch with David Wagner; Music on a match day to enhance the pre-match build up; BBC Radio Leeds; FLI agreement with the EFL.

The next meeting of the Voices Panel is scheduled to take place in September and discussions regarding the match day experience will be on the agenda along with catering.
