On Monday, the Club invited over thirty local player sponsors to the Millers Oils High Performance Complex for their annual First Team Training Ground Experience!
Proving a success, our local player sponsors met at the training ground on Monday 25 March for our annual First Team Training Ground Experience - where they were able to meet members of the First Team squad, alongside our Head Coach André Breitenreiter!
Starting the day with an exclusive Q&A with Sporting Director Mark Cartwright - in which he discussed all things Town, his career to date, and the mood in camp as the Terriers prepare for a return to the Sky Bet Championship following the international break - he also introduced André to the local businesses in attendance!
Following lunch, the group were treated to a private viewing of the first team training session in action, followed by a meet and greet with the players who gifted them their very own signed shirt.
Adam Taylor from Taylor Bros - Matty Pearson's player sponsor - commented:
“We left there just absolutely buzzing, and we just talked about it for the rest of the day!
"We are so grateful to the players for being so nice and friendly - especially Matty, Jack, and Radinio. It’s gone down as one of my son’s best days ever.”
