SUPPORT A LOCAL NON-LEAGUE CLUB THIS WEEK!

Taking place during the international break as ever, Saturday 25 March is Non-League Day!

- Non-League sides in action locally
- Lots of sides to choose from in surrounding areas
- Season Card Holders can watch Emley AFC for £3

If you’re looking for something to do whilst Town aren’t playing then take the chance to see one of our local Non-League sides in action!

Whilst the Terriers aren’t playing due to the ongoing international break, you have the chance to watch some of your local Non-League sides who are still in action.

Bradford (Park Avenue)

Bradford (Park Avenue) are struggling at the bottom of the National League North and have a huge game this weekend against 10th place Buxton.

Bradford (Park Avenue) are 23rd with 34 points, eight points from safety, needing a big win to keep themselves alive in the relegation battle.

Get yourself down to the Horsfall Stadium and cheer them on! Tickets are just £5 for everyone.

Farsley Celtic

Farsley Celtic are also in a relegation battle in the National League North and are currently three points from safety. Farsley will be looking to put the pressure on Leamington above them, and a win could see them get out of the relegation zone.

Guiseley

Guiseley currently play in the Northern Non-League Premier and are ninth in the table. They currently have 51 points after 36 games, seven points outside the Play-Offs where they would have the opportunity to gain promotion to the National League North.

You can cheer them on as they try and get into the Play-Offs this Saturday when they host bottom of the league Belper Town.

Emley AFC

Town fans can go even more local and visit Emley AFC, who are currently fighting at the top of the league. Emley’s league the Northern Counties East Football League Division One allows three teams to be promoted with the third via a Play-Off game. Emley are currently third in the league on 66 points after 31 games and have a real chance at gaining promotion this season.

Emley’s match on Saturday is crucial as they face second place Winterton Rangers in what is a season defining clash so make sure you don’t miss out!

Emley are also putting a deal on for all Town Season Card Holders. If you show your season card at the turnstile, you will only be charged the concession rate of £3! Under 13’s are able to attend the match free of charge.

Town fans who don’t show their Season Card at the turnstile will have to pay the full ticket price of £6.

Golcar United

Golcar United have three home games during the international break including a derby match against Emley on March 21. Golcar United are then at home on March 25 against Knaresborough and March 28 against Yorkshire Amateur.

Golcar are currently eighth after 33 games on 49 points.

Ossett United

Ossett United currently compete in the Northern Premier League and sit 12th in the table with 38 points after 30 games.

Ossett have two home games during the international break with one on March 21 against Carlton Town and a match against North Shields on March 25.

Brighouse Town

Brighouse Town play in the Northern Premier League Division One East at St. Giles Road.

They currently sit 15th in the league with 36 points from their first 31 games.

Brighouse face the challenge of facing leahue champions Worksop Town who are 26 points clear at the top of the table after playing 31 games.

Horbury Town

Horbury Town are sixth in their league, five points behind Staveley Miners with a game in hand over them.

Horbury are at home twice over the international break, first at home to Selby Town on March 25. They then host Wakefield AFC on March 29. Horbury will be looking to bounce back after a narrow 3-2 loss Staveley Miners on March 18.

Campion AFC

Campion AFC are currently top of their league with 83 points from 32 games after beating Shirebrook Town 4-1 away from home last time out.

Campion will be hosting relegation threatened Swallownest FC on March 25.

Stalybridge Celtic FC

Stalybridge are currently 18th in the Northern Non-League Premier division, the same league as Guiseley.

Stalybridge have 39 points from there 36 games and are looking set to stay at this level for next season.
