Huddersfield Town are changing our approach to loyalty points, with fans still encouraged to use their individual Client Reference Number when purchasing match tickets.
In a change to the current loyalty point scheme, the Huddersfield Town ticket office will no longer be awarding points for ticket purchases, but all sales will still be recorded against individual Client Reference Numbers.
Fans are urged to always book using their CRN, especially when making group purchases. With the facility to list each individual CRN within a group booking, this ensures that every member of your party will have their purchase history updated. When booking online, you can add all relevant CRNs to your Family and Friends through the My Network option.
A must for all Huddersfield Town ticket purchases, but especially for away and cup matches, this will allow the Club to use individual booking histories as a potential deciding factor in the future when high demand fixtures call for it.
This allows the Club to simplify the ticket buying process, whilst insuring that our loyal fans will still be rewarded for their attendance and will be granted priority booking on occasions that may be required.
