First pre-season friendly confirmed for Young Terriers

A Huddersfield Town XI will face Ossett United in pre-season at the Club’s Ingfield Ground on Tuesday 23 July 2019.
The game pits a Town XI, mainly made up of Young Terriers, against the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League East Division side (eighth tier of English football).
The match will take place at the Ingfield Stadium (Prospect Road, Ossett, WF5 9HA) and will kick-off at 7.45pm.
During the 2018/19 campaign, Ossett United had a successful campaign and finished fifth in the league table. However, the in the Play-Off Semi-Finals, Ossett United lost 3-1 to Pontefract Collieries after extra-time.
This is the first pre-season friendly that has been confirmed for Town’s Academy sides.
Huddersfield Town supporters will be able to attend the game, but admission for the match will confirmed on htafc.com in due course.
